I want to start off stating that I did not pay for this product it was provided to me free from Crest in return for my honest review.


I do not normally use Crest, mouth I normally use the Listerine mouth wash, I never thought to give another brand try. I was given the opportunity to give Crest Pro health Advanced mouthwash try and I took them up on it, just to see what all the talk has been about it. I was provided a full size bottle of mouthwash which was a nice surprise, I was expecting a trial size where I might get a weeks worth to try, but nope I received full size which I got months use out of. The first time I tried Crest Pro Heath Advanced mouthwash I was happy I didn’t get that burn like I did with the other brand, in fact my mouth felt cleaner after brushing. In fact the clean feeling lasted all day long that is huge plus I used it again at night when I finished brushing my teeth, the next morning my mouth still felt fresh talk about a win win! During the course of using this product I noticed few things not only did my mouth feel cleaner longer, but my teeth felt cleaner as well, almost like coming from teeth cleaning at the dentist, great job Crest on creating this the only downside to this mouthwash is that if you try to gargle with it, it foams or bubbles up thus you cannot gargle with it maybe some tweaking on that one perhaps.You cannot go wrong giving this try trust me, you will like it as much as I have.

I want to start off by saying I was not paid to write this review nor was I paid to try this product! I was able to sample this thank to a Bzzagent campgain in exchange for my honest review.

I tried Silks Unsweetened Cashew milk it is really good if you like or love cashews you will love this! I put it in cerail, it added nice earthy flavor to it, I also drank it by its self it was amazing it was like eatting cashew expect you are drink one!

it's creamy taste silky plus it's only 25 calories per serving in unsweetened you cannot go wrong!  If you are someone who is counting their calories or just want to watch what you are eating this will not hurt you one bit plus it is good for you. I cannot have dairy so I must drink non dairy products, I have tried almost all of them out on the market, by far silk is the one I choose every time you cannot go wrong with this brand, you can even use it to bake with along with make homemade ice cream too!
