Book Review of"Karma and Reincarnation: The Wisdom of Yogananda, Volume 2 "

I recently finished reading “Karama & Reincarnation” By Paramhansa Yogananda I must say that I was kind of let down but this book I thought that he would have went into more detail about Karma how it works and such and more about reincarnation, it’s not that he dose not talk about the whole process but little more would have been better. I did find this book to be very quick and dry read I will say that did walk away with some information that I did not know which is good thing. I don’t have to much to say on this book I will leave you with descriptions of what this book is about.

Book Review of "Secret Diary of a Call Girl"

   A few weeks ago I got done reading "Secret Diary of a Call Girl" By Belle de Jour, Anonymous, I'm sure you are wondering what took me so long to post this review well simply I was trying to find the words and the want to do this post as I well just did not care for this book!

This book is base off this fictional [I'm assuming it is fictional person or at least the name of the person is]person it's all enteries from her blog that she has where she talks about what it's like to be Call Girl, how she got started doing this line of work why she keeps working as call girl. She states how she friends with all of her ex's and close with them I thing that something hard to believe,how they the ex's all knew what she did for living and seemed to find with it, this all take place in England. It started off great but after the first page it all went down hill from their I fount it had no plot nor story to it and rather boring. I would not recmond this book to no body I sure hope that the TV show that they made out of this book was better, I will tell you don't look showtime for this show because I write this blog it's no longer on the air!

I can from reading this book understand why it's no long on the air! I'm sure you are wondering why I bought this book in the first place? Well the reason is because I like all kind of books the title as first got me and so did the little intro to the book well was I fooled as I started to read this book, this is book that I will most likely not keep and put in my bookshelf I more then likely see it for cheap.

This book was slow to start off I kind of got board in the beginning of this book but as it went on it got better I think it was half way through this book is when it got better to me. I did have to put this book down for while because I found this slow read, but then I pick this back up to finish this book,this book is great read for rainy day or if you are traveling will make the time go faster for you. I guess I'm not use to Nora Roberts books like this is all I was let down because their was not hot love sceans like you come use to in her books and movies, would I rec   this book to other people yes I would as I have broken foot it past my time  I finished reading this book.

This is one of my favorite Nora Roberts book, it one of those that keeps you on your toes from the very start of the book, Nora Roberts had way of pulling her readers into her stories like you are right their as it's going on. As I was reading this book I felt like I was right their living it out as I read it every twist and turn of the story. Love sceans all I can say is wow she's the master of them she knows how to right them and everyone woman wants to have someone do that to her!!! I did happen to see that Life Time movie to this I was not super thrilled about it I was hopping the main chart they would have chosen someone other then Leann Rymes as I felt that she didn't bring the main charts out that well, but that just my option I did how like the movie and watch it few times when ever it comes on the TV. I would recommend this to any Nora fan or someone wanting to try one of her book, great for anytime reading and book club as well.

All I can say is this is must read book!! I absurdly loved loved it! I original bought this book on my Nook from the first chapter I was hooked on it, I found it breath of fresh air some people have said it's not right how they talk about the old south and how things were, well I will say we need to talk about our past to learn from it and not repeat it! I know that this book is fiction however their are real facts and  truths in this book as well, I love how each chart got to tell there side of the story, this book had funny moments as well as sad one just like everyday life which I loved about i, .I don't want to give the ending away but I due hope that another books soon follows this one. I was amazed at how well were were taken back in time I give major thumps up at how well it was written. This is one of my favorite books I think everyone shoujld have copy of this book.

I must say that I was really let down with this book I thought that it would have been better. I read this book in two days and was board with due to the fact I could see after the first few chapters how this book was going to go, however I kept reading in hopes that I was wrong sadly I was not. I say that the book did have it's funny parts to it,this dose make good road trip book and rainy day book to read as it will pass your time. I would say either barrow the book off friends of library or even get viva e reader. It's not one of my favorites but I will give the writer another chance and read some of her other work.

It was good book don't get me wrong the only thing I didn't like was the end of the book was dragging out, and some of it you knew what was going to happen, and it also kept you on the edge of your seat as well. I would tell anyone to read this books it's quite good I did like it. To me it was quick read it took me few days to read this book I do hope that if read it if you want something to read.

 

 

 

Book review "The Sari show Widow"

I’m doing a book review on book I just got done reading  by Shobhan Bantwal it  is called “The Sari Shop Widow” here is brief summary of what the book is about I did not write this summary so everyone know.

I have found this book to be great read I recamend   it to family and friends it’s great read. very well written I will say I loved how it touched on family, how family works together even when things start to go bad. I had some good laughs thoughout the book as for some reason it reminded me of my own life at times, was good to get point of view of young widow you don’t normal come across books written in 21 centery or modern day that talk about such a thing it was good to read something like how it talked about the struggles that she was going still how many years later. The romance I like how they built it up and didn’t just let it hang in the air, What kind of let me down was I wanted to learn more about the uncle would have like to see the uncle get closer to the family more, from begin to end thought it was great read! I would have also like an epilogue as to what happened later on to the family. I have this book 5 stars

I just got done reading the most fascinating book that kept me hooked I could not put it down the book is called Eat of the Sun- by Julia Gregson I will post little bit about what the book is about and tell you my comment about the book.

I must say to me the start of the book was kind of boar but I kept reading as it got into about chapter two or three I could not put this book down I was hooked! I will tell you this is thick book it has 50 some chapters to it but well worth it, if you wondering how much this book cost I got mine at boarders book for about $16.00 which is not bad I don't think. I love the fact that this book was set in pre-depression and depression ear and world war two era as well as the Indian movement for Independence as well, this book is set in the late 1920's in the the 1930's which I love because it took you back in time if you know anything about India today this book is going to help you understand why India is the way it is today always changing and moving onto better things. There are Hindi words in this book which I did look up because I wanted to know how to say these words and some I wanted to know what they mean, also some of the English words in the book cracked me up at times. I would give to book to any book reader because it's great read I have this book 5 ******'s . However I would have loved if there was epi log and something at the end of the book that said how everyone turned out or something.
