Hello everyone, here is follow up of the past two days I had one soda on Monday the rest of the time was water so that was good, I ended up having soda because I was getting bad headache due to no caffein I did have snack later that night shame on me. Tuesday I had little glass of diet iced tea I didn't finish it I had glass of fruit punch half so sub from subway with some chips then for supper I had bowl of cereal with Almond milk. This morning I had bowl of cereal with almond milk for lunch bowl of soup and little bit of my half of my sub I took home and the rest of my diet iced tea.
I'm going to take the dr.oz just 10 challenge no more soda from today on change things in my diet.
